Location & access
CBD, Northern Beaches, Hunter Valley and destination gigs carry travel and load-in time. Stairs, lift bookings and late load-outs add to bump-in.
Hours on site
Standard sets run 4-6 hours. Overtime is billed by the hour when the venue allows. Full-day weddings are quoted as a package.
Date & season
Peak Saturdays (Oct-Apr) and end-of-year corporate dates book out fastest. Off-peak Sundays and weekdays typically come in leaner.

The visible set time is only part of it. Quotes include planning, travel, bump-in, sound check, pack-down, gear scale, insurance and add-ons like ceremony PA or extra lighting. Cheaper quotes usually cut hours, gear or experience - not the actual DJ fee.

Do you travel outside Sydney?+
Yes - Hunter Valley, Southern Highlands, South Coast and destination bookings are welcome. Travel is quoted separately and disclosed upfront.
What's your deposit and cancellation policy?+
A 25% deposit secures the date. Balance is due 7 days before the event. Full policy is included with every written quote.
